Just last year Nicole told Harper’s Bazaar what her daily diet consisted of- a bagel or toast, along with bacon and eggs and a frittata or two for breakfast, and a La Croix water and peanut cereal bar for lunch. Dinner would be a Caesar salad, chicken sandwich, cheese fries or spaghetti (maybe depending on her mood). The 35-year old then revealed her cheat food’, which were pizza and carbonara. For snacks, she would typically go for peanut butter and Ritz crackers.

In itself the diet doesn’t seem to be that bad, but the Hollywood actress did not reveal how much she was eating and how many calories added up in a day. Plus, her main fare seems to be primarily carbs and not enough greens.

If the Nailed It’ host would ever want to slim down, she might have to start with meal portioning. Then, it’s recommended that she get more vegetables and fruits, in a smoothie or shake form so her busy schedule won’t be disrupted. Lastly, calorie intake is definitely a concern, so she will have to take up some form of exercise or workout routine to burn the fat.

While it’s true that having a cheat day would make things easier, in Byer’s case it will have to be limited to one cheat day per week. Other than that, we can say that she’s more or less doing okay.

If you’re wondering whether Nicole Byer had a weight loss workout or not, then the answer is she probably didn’t.

The Nailed It’ host did not mention anything about going to the gym or exercising on social media or in her interviews. The only physical activity she might have done is walking around, which is a form of cardio.
